Steve Miotti

Steve is Special Counsel at Romans & Romans with over thirty years of experience and expertise in Corporate Advisory, Property, Wills and Estate Planning and Sports Law. He adopts a very practical and hands on approach in advising and guiding his clients and enjoys working closely with them.

Steve negotiates on behalf of large and small corporate developers and assists them with the preparation all transactional documentation. He advises on the formation and dissolution of partnerships, shareholder disputes, estate planning and estate disputes, corporate restructuring, corporate and retail leasing, business sales and acquisitions.

In the area of Sports Law he continues to act for a number of high profile athletes, sporting associations and clubs and has negotiated significant contracts, mediated disputes and has also established the corporate structure and rules for various competitions.

He has a Bachelor of Laws degree from Queensland University of Technology and was admitted to practice as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1988 and the High Court of Australia.
